Which plan is right for me?

We have 4 different plans to choose from. We provide laundry bag(s); our bags hold approximately 2 loads of laundry. Note: To properly care for your items, there is a 29 pound maximum, all items must be able to fit inside our bag and the bag must be able to completely cinch close. Overflowing bags will be separated into 2 bags and will count towards the included number of bags in your plan.

  • Individual: $111.00 per month for 3 bags
  • Couple: $200.00 per month for 6 bags
  • Family: $283.00 per month for 9 bags
  • Family Plus: $356.00 per month for 12 bags

What happens if I go over the number of laundry bags in my plan?

No problem. Should your usage exceed the amount of your plan, you will be charged our regular price of $42.00 per bag for any additional bags. Or you may upgrade your plan at any time.

Can I switch plans?

Sure, if the plan you initially selected does not suit your needs, you can change your plan at any time. The easiest way to change plans is on our app. The new plan will take effect as soon as your current plan expires.

How do I pay?

When you sign up for a subscription plan, your credit card information will be securely stored in your account. Your subscription will auto renew on the renewal date (the day you sign up) each month unless you notify us prior to the renewal date to cancel.

What if I don’t use the allotted number of bags in a month, do unused bags carry over?

Sorry, unused bags do not carry over to the next month. If you find yourself using less than your monthly plan, you may change your plan at any time. The new plan will take effect as soon as your current plan expires.

Can I use my own bags?

No, we provide special laundry bags for this service. A bag holds approximately 2 loads of laundry. Note: To properly care for your items, there is a 29 pound maximum, all items must be able to fit inside our bag and the bag must be able to completely cinch close. Overflowing bags will be separated into 2 bags and will count towards the included number of bags in your plan.

What happens if everything doesn’t fit back into my laundry bag once the items are washed and folded?

We’ll put any items that don’t fit into another laundry bag so that nothing gets overly wrinkled. This will not count towards the allotted number of bags in your plan.

How do I get a refund?

Sorry, but no refunds will be issued for partially or completely unused plans.

Is there a commitment?

Your subscription is month to month and will automatically renew on the renewal date every month unless you notify us prior to the renewal date to cancel.
