Customer Service Representative
Are you an outgoing, detail-oriented people person? Do you enjoy talking to others, building relationships, and serving your community? We are seeking likeminded part time customer service experts to help forge relationships with our outstanding customers and fantastic coworkers.
We currently have openings in Indianapolis, Zionsville, Fishers, and Carmel, and are looking to fill them soon!
Responsibilities and Qualifications will include but not be limited to:
- Provide 5-Star Customer Service by building quality relationships with customers and following up on all customer requests and concerns in a timely manner.
- Follow established procedures for cash handling and invoice processing.
- Operate computer and POS system while maintaining the upkeep of store appearance.
- You should enjoy a fast-paced environment and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stand; walk; talk or hear; and use hands to fingers, handle, feel or operate objects, tools or POS interfaces.
- The employee must frequently lift, carry and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds and regularly lift and/or move up to fifteen (15) pounds above your head.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Route Operator
This opportunity is perfect for a career minded individual with strong customer service skills looking for a great earning potential. We provide the van (no CDL required), thorough training that is backed by a national program, and all the tools you will need to be successful.
Responsibilities and Qualifications will include but not be limited to:
- Deliver and pick up customers’ items on your route.
- Growing your route through Marketing and Sales.
- Self-motivated to grow professionally and personally.
- Heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs is required.
- Frequently getting in and out of van.
- Must be able to work in various types of temperatures.
- Requires a good driving record and valid Indiana Driver’s License.
Example of hours:
This position is Monday thru Friday with some Saturdays required.
