Although we’ve been offering FREE pick up and delivery to our customers since 1993 (before online shopping – Google it!), it’s amazing how often during a casual conversation with my friends, colleagues, and peers many are surprised to hear we offer this time saving service.

Here’s common questions I’ve been asked about this amazing FREE Service:

Q:  Is it really FREE?
A:  YES!  100% – We don’t up-charge the cost of cleaning or charge for miles traveled.  It’s completely free and it will save you A LOT of time (and money on gas).  Call call 317-577-5752 to get started.

Q:  Will you come to my area/neighborhood?
A:  If you live in the following cities we currently provide pick up and delivery in your neighborhood twice a week: Indianapolis, Fishers, Carmel, Westfield, Zionsville, Whitestown, Lebanon, Noblesville, Cicero, McCordsville, Fortville, Avon, Plainfield, Brownsburg, Pittsboro, Greenwood, Franklin Township, & Perry Township.  See our route map here for the days we are in your area.

Q:  How does it work?
A:  We will provide 2 large cleaning bags for all items you wish to clean.  Simply fill the bag and place it in the designated pick up area of your choice (home or office; front door, garage, patio, etc.).

Q:  How often does Classic Cleaners stop by to pick-up or drop off?
A:  Our delivery professionals are in your neighborhood twice a week. In general, if you live east of Keystone Avenue, your delivery days will be Mondays & Thursdays. If you live west of Keystone Avenue, your delivery days will be Tuesdays & Fridays. If you live downtown, your delivery days will be Mondays & Thursdays.

Q:  Do I need to be home on my designated days?
A:  Absolutely not.  Have your items ready for us the morning of your delivery day and spend the day as you wish.

Q:  Can I trust Classic Cleaners and the delivery driver with my items?
A:  Most of our delivery professionals have been with Classic Cleaners many years and they maintain the same routes so they can build a relationship and repertoire with our customers.  Think of your delivery driver as you personal concierge.

Q:  What if I don’t have any items to be picked up; Do I have to have something out every time in order to stay “active”?
A:  No.  There is no obligation to have anything for us to pick up each time we visit. Your driver will pass your home on each of your delivery days and if you don’t have items for pick up, he/she simply won’t stop at your home that day.  You still remain active and your driver will continue to check each week for items that require picked up.

Q:  Can I have items picked up on days you’re NOT in my area/neighborhood?
A:  All of our delivery personnel have a route they follow to be efficient, however, we know there are emergencies and our delivery professionals can be accommodating.  Email your driver or call your driver if you have a special circumstance.

Q:  I’m private and concerned about safety and don’t like items hanging on my front door letting others know I’m not home.  What options do I have?
A:  You are not alone.  We have many customers that feel the same way so many of them provide garage door codes allowing us to place items on the outside of the home/garage entry door.  Some customers ask that we bring the items into the home to a designated area.

Q:  What if I have special instructions, concerns, a repair, a stain, etc.?
A:  Your personal concierge driver will provide you with his/her email address and mobile number so you can contact him/her directly to discuss items that need special attention.  You may also to attach special instruction to the item detailing your requirements before placing it in your bag for pick up.

Q:  Do you only pick up clothing items that need laundered or dry cleaned.
A:  NO!  We are a “one stop shop” when it comes to your cleaning needs.  We offer many services including wash, dry, fold; shoe clean, polish and repair; household items; area rugs; leathers, handbags, luggage, and specialty items; and wedding gowns!
