How do I let you know I have a pick up?
Simply reply “YES” to our text message the night before your scheduled day. If you have items being delivered, you will not receive a text message since we are stopping already.
Is there a minimum order?
Not at all, send in as much or as little as need.
How long does it take?
Most items will be returned on your next delivery day. Household items and specialty items are returned the following week.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Yes, only $2.00 per pick up.
How do I pay for the service?
Like many delivery services, you are charged at the time of delivery. Your credit card information is securely stored and encrypted.
Where are my clothes picked up and delivered?
At a pre-designated area of your choice. We will get this location when you sign up.
Do I have to be there when you pick up or deliver?
You do not. Our drivers probably see their customer’s pets more than they see the customer themselves.
When do you deliver?
Our delivery days are either Mondays and Thursdays or Tuesdays and Fridays. Check out the map to find out what your delivery schedule is.
What about Holidays?
We are closed for major holidays. We’ll send emails whenever there is a schedule change during holiday weeks.
What do I do about a special request?
Just leave a detailed note in your bag with your request. If it pertains to a specific item, be sure to identify it in your note. We will call you if we have any questions.

What do I do if I have a problem when I get my clothes back?
For prompt assistance, contact your driver directly. You can also email email@example.com or call the Route office at 317-577-5752.
What do I do will all my extra hangers?
We are happy to take them back. We have hanger caddies available to make it easy to neatly store them. When its full, just leave it out with your next pick up, your driver will leave a new one. We don’t recommend putting loose hangers inside your bag, it could damage your items. Ask your driver for a hanger caddie if you need one.
