If your rug is too large to drop off at one of our locations, our professionally trained staff is happy to pick up your rug for its scheduled cleaning or as part of one of our rug maintenance programs. Prior to taking the rug, we will review the scheduled work, as well as, inspect the rug to ensure that nothing has been missed. After all, your rug should return to your home exactly how you want it; looking and smelling brand new.
Our state of the art cleaning facility treats both new rugs and antique rugs gently. We take a different approach to cleaning than most rug services; an approach that can get as much as 15 pounds of dirt out of larger rugs!
After cleaning, your rug goes through a thorough examination to sure that it is perfectly clean and in tip top shape before it returns to you seven to ten days after we pick it up.
When we return your rug, we’ll put it where it was or somewhere new if you’d like. Furniture in the way? No problem, we’ll take care of that.
