1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Classic Cleaners website located at https://classiccleaners.com/ (the “Site”), the Classic Cleaners mobile application (the “App”), our 24/7 kiosks, and our in-store, pickup and delivery, and commercial garment care services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Classic Cleaners provides dry cleaning, wash & fold laundry, shirt laundering, stain removal, alterations, repairs, bridal cleaning and preservation, household item cleaning, specialty item cleaning, and commercial laundry services, available through our physical locations, 24/7 kiosks, and home or office pickup and delivery, as further described on our Site.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or enter into a pickup and delivery, commercial, or gift card agreement with us. When you create an online account or App account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Placing Orders; Drop-Off, Kiosk, and Pickup & Delivery

Orders may be placed by dropping off items in-store, using a 24/7 kiosk, or scheduling a pickup through the App, our Site, or by phone.

• For kiosk drop-offs, you are responsible for accurately identifying your items and safeguarding your access code or PIN.
• For pickup and delivery service, you agree to make items reasonably accessible on your scheduled route day and to respond to pickup confirmation messages where applicable. We are not responsible for missed pickups resulting from items not being made available.
• Estimated turnaround times (e.g., same-day or next-day service) are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our Services are set by Classic Cleaners and are subject to change without notice. Where EZ Pay or another saved payment method is enabled, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method upon completion of your order. Delivery fees, where applicable, are as posted on our Site or communicated to you at signup. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

6. Garment Care; Assumption of Risk and Claims

We use professional care and industry-standard methods and equipment when cleaning, laundering, pressing, or altering garments and other items. However, dry cleaning, laundering, and alteration processes carry inherent risks, and some fabrics, trims, dyes, or manufacturing characteristics may not withstand professional cleaning even when handled properly. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for damage resulting from manufacturer defects, pre-existing damage, colorfastness issues, inherent weaknesses in materials, or improperly labeled care instructions.
• If you believe an item was damaged or lost while in our care, you must notify us within a reasonable time (and in any event no later than the timeframe posted in-store or in your service agreement) so that we may investigate.
• Our maximum liability for any lost or damaged item, where we are found responsible, is limited to the reasonable value of the item at the time of loss or damage, subject to applicable law and any limits posted at our locations or set forth in your service agreement.
• Items left unclaimed beyond the period posted at our locations may be donated, disposed of, or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law and our standard unclaimed-item policy.

7. Buttons and Service Guarantees

Certain services, such as our shirt laundering button guarantee, come with specific service guarantees as described on our Site or in-store. These guarantees are provided subject to their stated terms and do not expand our general liability described in Section 6.

8. Gift Cards, Promotions, and Referral Program

Gift cards are redeemable for Services at any Classic Cleaners location, do not expire except as required or permitted by law, are not redeemable for cash except where required by law, and are not reloadable unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers, discounts, and referral incentives are subject to change, may have additional eligibility requirements, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice, except as otherwise required by law.

9. Mobile Application

Your use of the Classic Cleaners App is subject to these Terms and any additional terms presented within the App or through the applicable app store. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time.

10. User Conduct

When using our Site, App, or Services, you agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, App, or kiosks.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account or to our systems.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site and App, including text, graphics, logos, and the Classic Cleaners name and marks, is owned by or licensed to Classic Cleaners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or trademarks without our prior written consent.

12. Communications Consent

By providing your phone number or email address and opting in, you consent to receive service-related and, where applicable, marketing communications from us by text message and email, subject to the terms in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply to text messages, and you may opt out at any time as described in that Policy.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Site and App may reference or link to third-party services (such as payment processors, app stores, or social media platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLASSIC CLEANERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THESE TERMS OR REQUIRED BY LAW.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLASSIC CLEANERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN SECTION 6 OR REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Classic Cleaners, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, unless otherwise required by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, App, or Services at any time for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

20. Severability; Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Classic Cleaners regarding your use of the Services.
