Sign Up
Create your account online or through the Classic Cleaners app. It only takes a few minutes to get set up.
Receive Your Welcome Kit
Your driver will drop off a Welcome Kit with everything you need to get started, including garment bags and instructions for your first pickup.
Confirm Your Pickup
The night before your scheduled pickup day, you'll receive a text message. Reply "Yes" to confirm, and your driver will stop by the next day.
We Deliver
Your garments are cleaned and returned to you on your next scheduled route day. That's all there is to it.

Mondays and Thursdays
The north and east side, including Carmel, Noblesville, Westfield, Fishers, Geist, Lawrence, McCordsville, Fortville, Cicero, and Arcadia, along with the northeast and east sides of Indianapolis, including Castleton, Allisonville, Broad Ripple, Nora, Washington Township, Devonshire, the Near Northside, the Near Eastside, the Eastside, and the downtown east corridor.
Tuesdays and Fridays
The west and south side, including Carmel, Westfield, Zionsville, Whitestown, Brownsburg, Avon, Plainfield, Clermont, and Speedway, along with the west and south sides of Indianapolis, including Meridian Hills, Rocky Ripple, Beech Grove, Southport, Greenwood, and Center Grove.

Easy to Set Up, Easy to Manage
You can sign up and manage your pickup and delivery schedule through the Classic Cleaners app, online through our website, or by calling your nearest location. Once you’re set up, the weekly confirmation text is the only thing you need to think about. Everything else runs on its own.
Straightforward Pricing, No Surprises
Delivery is just $2.00 per stop. There’s no minimum order and no hidden fees. Garment pricing is the same whether you drop off in store or use the route service.
Turnaround follows your scheduled route days. If you confirm your pickup on Monday or Tuesday, your clean garments will be returned with your next scheduled Thursday or Friday delivery.
We Handle It All
Our pickup and delivery service covers everything Classic Cleaners offers in-store, including dry cleaning, wash-and-fold laundry, shirt laundering, household items, and specialty garments. Just bag your items, leave them out, and we’ll take care of the rest.
For bridal services and alteration consultations, an in-person visit to our Castleton location is required before we can process those items through the route service.

How do I sign up?
Sign up online through our website or through the Classic Cleaners app. Your driver will deliver a Welcome Kit on your first scheduled stop.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is $2.00 per stop. Garment pricing is identical to in-store rates.
What days do you pick up and deliver?
Service days are Mondays and Thursdays or Tuesdays and Fridays, depending on your location. Check the interactive map or confirm with us when you sign up.
Is there a minimum order?
No. There’s no minimum order required for route service.
How do I know when my pickup day is?

What if I forget to confirm?
If you don’t reply “Yes” to the confirmation text, your driver will skip that stop and return on your next scheduled day.
Can I use the route service for specialty items?
Yes, for most items. For bridal services and alteration consultations, we recommend visiting our Castleton location in person first.
