What items can I drop off at a kiosk?
You can drop off most garments, household items and wash and fold orders. For specialty items like wedding gowns or area rugs, we recommend dropping off during our attended hours.
How long does it take?
Standard turnaround is the next day for most items. Same-day service is available if dropped off before 10 a.m. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
How do I pay?
You pay at the time of pick with the option of saving your payment method. Should you save your payment method, Yyou’ll be charged when your order is complete.
Is my order secure at the kiosk?
Yes. Your items are secure and only accessible by your personal pin number.
Can I use the kiosk without the app?
Yes, the app makes the experience significantly easier.
